Frequently asked questions
Does HP 871 ink fit the HP Latex 315, 335 or 365?
No. The HP Latex 315, 335 and 365 use HP 831 Latex Inks in 775 ml cartridges. HP 871 comes in 3-litre cartridges for the HP Latex 375 and 570. Check your printer model before ordering, and DPI Technology, HP's Large Format partner in Malaysia since 2000, can match the right genuine ink to your printer.
What is the advantage of 3-litre cartridges?
Fewer cartridge changes, longer unattended print runs and less packaging per litre of ink. That suits shops running an HP Latex 375 or 570 continuously on high-volume banners, signage, vehicle graphics and wall coverings, and HP says the format helps keep running costs low. All six colours, including light cyan and light magenta, come in this size.
