DPF 510 (1–2 years) is an economical calendered film for promotions, POP displays and temporary advertising. DPF 6000XRP (3–5 years) is a high-performance cast film for commercial fleets, DPF 9000 (8+ years) is Arlon’s flagship cast film for premium wraps, and DPF 6100XLP adds a low-profile adhesive for deep recesses.
DPF 510 with 3510 Overlaminate
DPF 510 is budget-friendly print vinyl with a lay-flat liner and permanent solvent adhesive, in gloss or matte. Arlon recommends its 3510 overlaminate, gloss (3510G) or matte (3510M), to protect the print.

DPF 510 is a calendered film suited to flat surfaces, promotions and POP. For full vehicle wraps over curves and rivets, choose a cast film such as 3M IJ180mC; tell us the vehicle and we’ll recommend one.
