Design files from Illustrator or CorelDraw are imported into VersaWorks 7, which automatically recognises print and cut lines, letting operators complete both processes with a single press of Print. Exceptional Print Expression
Two newly developed staggered piezo print heads — one dedicated to Optimizer ink and one to colour inks — combined with improved dot control technology deliver clean, grain-free image quality across a wide colour gamut. The addition of Orange and Red inks expands the colour-reproduction area significantly beyond standard CMYK, producing vivid, eye-catching output that eco-solvent competitors cannot achieve.
Newly Developed TA2 Resin Ink
Using the newly developed TA2 resin ink for exceptional print quality and indoor-safe output, the AG-640 goes beyond CMYK to give you even more options and flexibility. Choose from multiple ink configurations — including 7-colour with Orange, Red and White — to match your application requirements. TA2 ink holds A+ Class (French VOC) and AgBB (Germany) certifications, with Greenguard Gold in progress, making it suitable for retail, hospitality, healthcare and educational environments. 2 500 gf is the maximum instantaneous blade force. The blade force must be adjusted according to details such as the media thickness.
3 Warm-up is required after power up. This may require 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the operating environment. Depending on the ambient temperature and media width, the preset temperature may fail to be reached.
